Bill Gates
I think Bill Gates would be a moderator whose invitation both likely candidates would find it difficult to turn down.

I haven't heard anything from the Gates' on the subject of global warming. Didn't thing of it as among their interests.

Seems like Melinda is the one who's more publicly polished, perhaps they should be a team?

Grumpy - the point of neutrality is that a moderator cannot take sides nor express his own opinion on the subject during the debate; it is otherwise not a debate between the candidates.

to first anonymous, 'would he remain neutral?' ... the requirement said fair, not neutral... fair like fox news does for the conservatives!
I simply do not see him as a fit. -

hmm I don't see Bill Gates as a good interviewer, moderator, or a draw.

I agree that he would be a draw. He is smarter and more public-minded than many people recognize. But would he do it - and would he remain neutral?
